Okay I got blocked from logging in because too many login attempts. I already said what I needed to say if the mods rule against me then that's what happens. If they want to ban me I'm banned. If they want me to refund I refund. Simple as that there's no point of saying anything that was already said.

 

yah I wouldnt sack my account, with it being around corner from 15 year cape. But whatever you did. cost it its 15 year cape. Rather it was your flagged from AHK, Botting, or other macroing, which you have a thread stating you were using an autoclicker in NMZ, you have done something to get the account banned. I did macro prior to my 48 hour ban back in july 16, but not once since then.

 

The auto clicking had nothing to do with your account. I went on your account on a VPS. Also I've already said that my pure isn't banned. If me auto clicking got you banned then why didn't my pure get banned aswell? I've already said all of this that's why I just want a ruling.

 

I looked into the account offences & messages myself. I've asked for a second opinion because I've never heard of Jagex reapplying a ban after a quash but it seems to have been reapplied for some reason.

Ive just submitted a 3rd appeal as its been 48 hrs since last one.

 

Logically, the first ban being quashed points towards botting done from someone other than the original owner. The timing of the ban also would point towards the fact that botting was done by @Teeto.

Based on your threads history it seems you are someone that tends to use botting so due to the timing, ban being quashed and your previous botting posts/threads it's fair to assume that you were responsible for the first ban.

As a result of this, you should provide a refund because the customer was never purchasing a botted service.

@Blue Tigers If you never received an answer to your second appeal, chances are you won't considering the first one was (and more are) so fast.

We would like to take into consideration the auto clicking. It's more than fair to assume the auto clicking was either a) used for Agility and/or b) why the account was banned.

Not to mention I found three threads from Feb, March, and Sept 2015 regarding botted services by Teeto. I think it's also fair to take your prior knowledge/use of bots into consideration here. The original quash is an indication that the botting was done by someone other than OO (presumably Teeto).

@Blue Tigers Do you have another screenshot of wealth from when the account was recovered? Did you remove the wealth upon recovery or no? The screenshot from the 31st is no longer viable. Also, pls post or PM me the most recent stats.

We are holding Teeto responsible for refund of wealth if proven as well as value of the account (I will get back to you guys on this after I consult other staff).

If the quash indicates that I did the botting why was the ban reapplied?

 

Myself and some other staff have never heard of this before. There's no way for us to know unless Jagex tells us why. I've tried to Google similar cases but haven't had much luck. The most I've been able to figure out is, a similar multi perm mute has happened before due to a system glitch.

At this point in time, we are influenced to believe that the original bot ban was at the fault of you.

If you want to look into it, you're more than welcome to do so.

Yes. I logged into the account and checked the msgs myself.
