Retro ice scam

So i was selling Retro ice, elkoy gp.
First trade i sold him 2b elkoy and i received my 07 gold, and he told me he got banned after that.
around 1 hour later, i sold him 20b elkoy and he said i got banned, and wouldn't pay me my 07 as he was banned on 07 aswell. and he sended me some pictures to show that he was "banned" but he is faking that, because i tried to login on his account and it said wrong password. so i exposed him on that.

Could i please have a staff member change the name on this thread? If no sense am i scamming. I simply told him the fact i got banned instantly after trading with him 2x and getting banned instantly. I told him i'd have a staff member look at the situation and they give the resolution.

After realizing i was selling to a staff member, i asked if he had a sythe account. He said he didn't have one so that makes me think he could be a ban evader.
So i told him i'm not paying until we have a staff member look at the situation. This obviously frustrated him because he then carried on to threatening to get me banned on all my accounts and tell mods to ban me.

@Retro Ice you'll need to either refund him or pay what you guys agreed on, I've placed a DNT on your account which will be removed shortly after you refund or pay OP, make sure to post proof on this thread once you've done that.

Retro is insisting on using PP and then elkoy gp to refund the user. Both of these payment method carries higher risks than for example 07 gp or other payment methods like btc which have no risk.

Mootrucks asked me to follow up on this report for him.

Retro, it would be preferred if you could repay via 07 or via another non-refundable method. RSPS ban risk is rather high and considering two trades have already happened, it's just asking for trouble.

Please post if this is doable.

 

It is but i'd have to get my nonmarket user removed and given some time to sell the elkoy back off for 07. I specifically bought 20b elkoy with pp to pay him.

 

24 hours would be more than enough time to sell this off for 07.

 

Can i have my DNT rank removed for 24 hours to allow me to sell this elkoy for 07 so i can refund?

 

DNT cannot be removed while still in debt under any circumstances.

 

Then he'll be getting 20b elkoy back. Can't do anything about it.

 

I don't have the 07 to give him and im not buying over priced gold off a site. He can get what he got me banned for. 20b.

 

Actually, you're DNT because you didn't pay out the 07 after he gave you the Elkoy. You don't just get to reverse the trade because you got DNT. Your debt is 07 gp. If you were doing a trade before you had the funds, that's another issue.

 

So let me put it this way. If someone took 100m 07 from you and never gave you 120$ btc or something, they either need to refund you 100m 07 or send you the 120$. They're not restricted to only having to pay you back via btc. But in your logic, the person would be in debt 120$ not the 100m correct?
