Oh Im quite interested in negotiating a price. In what world do you see yourself getting another $500 from me? You truly are living in some sort of fantasy land. I thought Sythe was more than clear.

Well your "fair" world is pretty unfair. This sort of correspondence can be carried out in Skype. As Im sure Sythe has seen from your other open report you will argue till you're blue in the face even if you are 100% wrong. Better to not muddy up this already unnecessarily long thread.

 

That is to say I'm forced to take his GFX and whatever parts to the backend that bogla does not have the rights to? This does not work at all. Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldnt the backend code be useless without IHQ's (boglas) framework put in, would it not require a lot of work to make it function correctly without plagiarizing bogla?

 

You're not being "forced" to do a thing, you took it upon yourself to redistribute the code. Its completely irrelevant how the code would work. The value is in the work I had put into the site as you are ONLY entitled to a refund for code that I "didnt have the authority to sell" which believe me isn't much. If you thought the code didn't belong to you why did you take it upon yourself to re distribute/change it? What Sythe has said is MORE THEN CLEAR. I will admit it will be hard for Crown to grasp even the simplest of rulings as Im sure anyone can tell from his responses here and on his other open scam report so again "This sort of correspondence can be carried out in Skype. "If you thought the code didn't belong to you why did you take it upon yourself to re distribute/change it?" It wasnt changed, you have said it was changed like 5 times every time I'v asked you to back that up you show nothing.

It was distributed, as I'v said many many times just to re-host, so IHQ would be unable to change things to his liking as it was still pointed towards his vps.

 

If sythe wishes I will send him proof but really its completely irrelevant at this point. Sythe has made his decision.

Noble and I have agreed to a price whereby I will be keeping everything 1/3 has been paid so far of what has been agreed, not because of a lack of money, just because of my bitcoin limit per day. ACG has been paid the full 110m I have no other reports. I'm requesting my "none market user" be removed now it was given to me as I insisted on talking about the 110m for agc when a ruling had been made. I was told it would be removed once I paid him back, I would really like to get back to using my site so would everyone else working with me @Sythe
