Admins: Keep a log of things that are being worked on

Much support ;p Account recoveries take a great deal of time and they don't get counted for anything currently.

 

Support as dealing with so many of these it makes sense for it to contribute towards mod scores.

 

I still think if some staff members bragged about something they've done staff related and posted it on their feedback threads looking for feedback from community members, it wouldn't be a bad thing to atleast try out. Maybe, it'll become the battle of staff try make ya self look good to community. and get feedback while your at it, in the long run community can also have a say on the activity of staff based upon what they are doing that they post about. Like mod peer review have community staff reviews.


E.g Astro used to always ask for feedback in his reports handling. Sectionals promote threads in their sections ask for feedback on their feedback threads of ways to promote their sections.

 

yeah that's pretty much the suggestion. staff probably have more visibility on some issues, but i don't see why we can't tell other people what's going on.

e.g. matthew updated staff's internal rating system this week, which is great, but i would have loved to have known that was happening behind the scenes or even being considered as a to-do, especially since another admin spent a long time working on a now-defunct system that essentially does the same thing. i feel like communication on this front would help at all levels

 

As much as I agree with this suggestion and think it would be of value, the people who would need to approve it have spoken.
