As a bonus, I am going to show you pictures throughout the cooking process AS WELL as list the recipe ingredients so you can make a quality food.

Quality Food recipe:

1. Active Yeast Packet
2. 15 ounce can of beans. Whatever kind
3. Some flour. All purpose.
4. Albacore tuna IN OIL. It CANNOT be in water.
5. Scoops of Baking Powder

Now I'll walk you through the steps of making this quality food:

1. Gather ingredients. Here is a picture:






2. Combine ingredients. This is what it should look like after this step:



Freezer burn is normal. It develops during the mixing.




3. Cook 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 19-21 minutes. It should come out of the oven as so:
