    Hi, I have a non market user trying to sell me gold am I allowed to trade with him? It won't let me reply to his message also.

    No lol, the OP can trade with anyone he wants - though it's on him if he gets scammed. The DnT user on the other hand is not allowed to trade/sell to anyone at all.

    His Do Not Trade is a Trade with caution now should I still file a report or is it fine now?

    If he has a "Trade with Caution" rank, then you are allowed to freely trade with him, but just be cautious when trading (i.e., use a middleman, under no circumstances go first).

    If he has a "Do Not Trade" he is not allowed to trade with anyone through this site. Please report him if he is attempting to make a trade.

    Okay but when he tried selling me the gold he had that Do Not Trade rank and asked for my skype to sell me gold but as of right now he has a Trade With Caution so should I still file a report because he tried to trade earlier or leave it?

    You can usually click on a TWC rank to see the reason for it. I don't think there's a need to report him in this case
