ZippyGFX account scammed

I don't normally post on scam reports but I have a valid question.

Is Zippy to refund the buyer as (understandably) his trust is gone from this recovery and he no longer wants to be involved in this scenario, or is he mandated to take the account back (given, it gets reclaimed)?

 

If the person who bought the acc feels as though the account is now unsafe, he will get a refund of what he bought it for.

 

Yeah I don't trust it at all anymore. Id like a refund for what I bought it for.

 

How do you differentiate a person faking it to get recovered because he/she got bored with the account and now wants a refund compared to the account actually getting recovered?

 

Good question, that all comes down to a case by case basis. Half the people that say oh the account was recovered could be lying.

Some people making it obvious about lying others dont. Examples would be they still have the account registered to their email etc.

However, due to this case, with alot of Zippy's accounts being recovered, it's reasonable to ask for a refund.

 

This case is entirely different, my other account that was recovered was sold by a different seller who got banned for recovering it. That was a one to multiple seller deal. It was resold over and over.

In this case, it was a one person deal. It was secure until the moment it was transfered to him and not only is the account not secure for me anymore if I recover it, it is ruined because he got the defence level up.

I'm going to be asking for a refund from @ZippyGFX since you said it's a reasonable request.

 

But what's the explanation for the account getting recovered? Do you think the user is lying?

 

You dont provide any details when selling accounts. The account I purchased ended up getting banned after being recovered 5+ times. The only reason it was resold so many times is because someone was able to recover it at will. The only person who can do that is the creator. I believe you either created a new sythe account for this elaborate scam or you simply had a friend help you. Either way you sheld be held responsible for all the recoveries. It's complete horeshit that you want this community to believe you've had nothing to do with the multiple account recoveries on multiple accounts. @Sythe @video @Shin can we please get some mods in here with some actual clout.

Honestly, I like Zippy, he's always been a good bloke.

However, objectively speaking, if the account he sold Hattez, as the original owner, and directly to Hattez (i.e, it wasn't sold to someone else prior to Hattez), and the account has been recovered numerous times - then Zippy is liable. Note: Zippy is liable if Hattez is able to prove/has proof the account was recovered numerous times, as such, resulting in a ban.

It matters not whether Zippy says he recovered it or not. The onus falls upon him for refunding Hattez - provided, as mentioned above, proof that the account has been recovered is provided.

 

The account I purchased was originally sold by zippy. However it was resold numerous times and recovered numerous times. Eventually I came to be the owner completely unaware of its history. I was under the assumption zippy sold it to this guy and I was just buying it from the 2nd owner. I believed it was safe because Zippy hadnt provided any information concerning the account. The account was locked and recovered. Eventually banned because of the number of recoveries and Ip changes. The user who sold me zippy's account was blamed and banned. However this is actually a completely different account sale involiving bmitch5150. His account he purchased from zippy was recovered as well he claims. This is starting to be a pattern. Either Zippy is recovering or someone has his irl info. Either way I believe Zippy is responsible in both cases. He never provided creation details upon sale of his accounts. No one but Zippy has the ability to do this. How can this not be his fault?

Now I get a compromised, def trained on ruined account, and have to refund him for messing up?

 

honestly id much rather have had the account never get recovered thats why I bought it from an ex mod but now you have had multiple accounts recovered and you continue to blame the buyers.
also Have you even tried to recover the account..? still attached to the same email after three days

and thats not even with wealth that was on the account.

 

I do not have that email that is currently registered to the account, so I'm trying to recover the account without it.

Zippy, you are the original owner so you are reliable for the account. That is what it comes down to, definitely if there's no other trail leading to other individuals also owning the account and having the ability to recover it.

You are the original owner and with the amount of recoveries centered around you, I hardly find him being uncomfortable with owning the account an unreasonable request. If the recovery goes through and the account does not have the GP - and if Mitch can PROVE he had the $$ on just before the recovery - you will also be liable for that.

You have 5 days to issue repayment, else you will be banned until repayment is received.

If anyone has other previous cases with Zippy they would like to be re-evaluated (@hattez or anyone else) PM me them.
