there was also 120-150m on the account but i would need to wait to get back from leave to prove it so a total loss of 520-550m. I guess im asking for a refund on the account since obviously its able to be recovered by "someone" other than him. if not a ban

Please someone explain how this keeps happening to zippygfx accounts? I purchased one of his max mains from a secondary owner and it was recovered multiple times. Please explain how zippy accounts keep getting recovered? Anyone else think it's time he gets a DNT till he can explain. Not to mention I want my fucking money back as well. This is way to god damn coincidental.

 

Zippy has been given a DNT until things get resolved.

Just spoke with zippy, he claims he has no idea how his accounts keep getting recovered. It's apparent either he's recovering or his information has been compermised. Either way he's responsible for his victims. ALL of US. He also says he wont refund a single user because he didnt do anything wrong. This is at least the 5th victim of zippy's negligence. The account being disputed and recovered so many times ended up getting mine banned.

 

Given the re-occurring recoverys all linked to Zippy, I would support a market ban (not necessarily a DNT), but you should be forbidden from selling accounts given the constant problems you are seeming to have with them.

The entire point of the DNT he currently has is so he can re-pay. I am referring to post-resolution of this thread. As far as I am aware, he is currently working on getting the account(s) back and we will go from there.


PS. Scam Reports are places for relevant information to be posted. I have been pruning posts over the last day that are irrelevant and continued posts by individuals whom continually participate will result in infractions/temporary bans.

 

If you all want a pissing contest, take it to the spam forum. Another post here flaming or other irrelevant content will result in a temporary ban.

 

Even if you get the account back there is no point in having it since it can obviously be recovered. so at this point id rather just have a refund.

@ZippyGFX refund the buyer in full for the amount paid for the account.

@bmitch5150 if you can prove you had GP on the account pre-recovery and the GP is indeed missing, Zippy will need to refund that as well. As he is the original owner, he is responsible for what happens to his accounts.

Failure to do the above will result in your ban. As for a time-frame, I will leave that to you two to discuss.

 

I wouldn't be able to prove the gp since im not on home computer till the 15th, and even if so I dont know if the osbuddy screen shots would help prove it? but the account was the majority anyways at 400m 07 gp.

 

You will need a screenshot depicting your wealth in some manner very close to the recovery time. As for when, as long as it's relatively soon I don't think it would be much of a problem.

 

I have pictures of buying gold via stakes, that would also match up to vouches and then i have a few other screenshots. I know osbuddy auto dates em under it. id say the account got taken anywhere from the 27-30th of last month and that all my screen shots are probably from the 20th-25th

What you're saying is I can go buy an account from an original owner,
when I get bored of it, claim it's been recovered, and get a refund?

 

You claimed to be original owner,IE meaning you should be the only one to recover it. since I didn't get any of that info. i didnt even get enough time to be bored of it considering i bought it from you on the 13th of last month. i didnt even have the account more than half a month before it got recovered. i put time into getting stats up. and claim? bullshit man. either refund it or end up getting banned.
