SPM322 Dice scam

@SPM322 I diced him for his cat that he said he owns inrl. He wont roll after i accepted his terms. I read carefully through this sites rules and i see he must pay up. He is now dicing other duelers and per one of this sites rules:
If you have an outstanding bet, you may not dice others until the debt is paid.
Thus he is breaking two rules.

 

Alright come to CA and I will give you a cat.

Unless you are paying me for air fair, which will be approx $1000

Realistically, I don't think he will pay $15000 so what outcome are you looking for? According to rules he should dice you back but this is what happens when you don't think about the consequences of your actions from his end.

the terms that I rolled on stated his "Cat" that he owns named "Mark" (from pm) vs my 15k.
