@RobbR claims he did not recover the account. He also claims no ability to recover it as the original owner. He said he never had any info on the account and never provided any. So here we go again. This account just magically recovered itself with no one having the creation details. It's funny that this just happened as well considering the large amount of money I made recently staking... Do I even attempt to type the amount of wealth I had on it? (300m in raids gear) @RobbR believes im scamming him and no one recovered the account.

The account was locked and quickly recovered. My email was removed and password changed. If you want anything else from me by all means.

 

He claimed to be the OO so it's his responsibility to recover it if anything goes wrong. He needs to do so

First off, Once I sold the account to Furbo I stated that I literally have 0 recoveries for the account, NONE! He then went on to buy my account and took the risk even though yes, I am the first owner. Yesterday, some random guy by the name of Hattez adds me on Skype, and out of the blue moon starts dissing me, calling me EXTREMELY BAD words etc... He claimed that I had recovered the account!? Then he contacts Video who goes on and bans me without even letting me defend myself - extremely unprofessional if you ask me. I LITERALLY STATED I DO NOT OWN ANY RECOVERIES FOR THE ACCOUNT and It's Furbo who didn't tell that to Hattez. I am first owner, but why am I being blamed if I can't recover and I stated so before selling the account?

Secondly, I talked to Time To Buy yesterday and He's helping me recover as we speak. The flaming by Hattez went so out of hand yesterday, that TTB and I had to calm him down all the time.

Now what I personally think is that a person with Hattez' experience is trying to trick me into paying him for nothing as a HUGE amount "was lost" due to pure stupidness - That's just my vision. Hopefully this gets handled in a professional way!

EDIT: While Furbo owned the account for a good chunk of time, nothing was wrong.

 

Before I purchased the account I contacted you. I provided the log in and you told me I was 3rd owner. I asked if you created the account and you confirmed. I asked if anyone had account creation details and you claimed no one did. I felt safe that the account wouldnt be recovered. I left what was needed for raids. Nothing more nothing less. I am not a scammer. I dont need nor want ur money. I want what only belongs to me. I rightfully purchased this account under the assumption that you and only you could recover. It's my personal belief you recovered the account. During our conversation you told me you were a third party and had nothing to do with it. You wherent going to recover or refund me. I didnt come out of the blue either fuckwit. I had spoken to you earlier this month. You knew very well who I was. I'll let the evidence speak for itself. Luckily after the last recovery I was able to take screenies and document everything. He was even more unlucky to have me online when the account was recovered. I was able to see it locked and screenied. Im not some fucking random around here. I understand how account sales work very well. You made a mistake picking me as the victim. Now as a gambling man I wonder what are the odds of you actually repaying me? Im gonna venture in the neighborhood of 15-20%.

 

EXACTLY! Noone had the recoveries! I also have no scamming intentions, but I still think You're trying to trick me into paying you and I have my freedom of opinion.

 

You got me! I actually enjoy creating these threads and losing money. I like watching users get banned rather then refund me. I truely enjoy paying for something just to see it stolen. I love arguing with cunts who recover pixels. I wake up everyday and think to myself. How can I scam RobbR today... You have two choices. Do you want to refund me and continue with ratgold? Or do you wanna call it a day and say that was a good enough scam quit? I dont have much faith to be honest. Enjoy the 618.00 USD you needed it more than I do apparently.

 

@RobbR As the original owner who never had or gave info to buyers, that only leaves you able to recover the account based on IP/any info you can possibly remember. With account sales on Sythe, you are responsible upon recovery as original owner even if it's a year after the initial sale.

I encourage you to attempt to recover the account now even if you say you can't.

 

I've already done that, BUT do you realize that I CLEARLY stated that I DO NOT HAVE TH RECOVERIES, because the account is extremely old. How possibly can I be to blame if all Hattez did was ask if I was OO? Furbo should've told him that I didn't have recoveries?! What You're saying makes 0 sense... But yeah, I attempted to recover. I literally feel like You're defending Hattez, because He's an old member, but understand that I too have LOADS of vouches and trust. I should also have my say and you should approach this in a neutral way.

EDIT: I didnt have a chance to even defend myself, instead I got banned straight away. Clearly shows how one-sided this is.

 

Original owner still assumes liability when recovered unless Furbo is involved somehow. You saying you don't have any info implies no recovery info was given to Furbo upon sale and therefore cancels him out when it's questioned who recovered the account. That only leaves you because he's the only other owner aside from you two right?

Side note- I have said hi to hattez maybe twice in my entire life. Everything I say on reports is neutral even if I do know the person.

RE: your edit- you aren't banned. You have been DNT'd until this can be sorted out. DNT is a safety net to make sure other scams don't happen while the report is being handled. It's nothing personal, it's just procedure to keep things safer for everyone.

We're talking about a huge amount of money here.

EDIT: Furbo literally had 0 problems with the account and that's what makes me think Hattez is faking that it got recovered.

 

I didn't know that as I didn't see the report when it was first posted.

There's always the chance he is faking it, but in account recovery reports we request that the oo recovers the account and returns it to the buyer. That's the first step for all account recoveries. Due to your inability to recover the account, that leads to more question: what value are you responsible for then?

As for the account wealth, that's another dispute in and of itself. I'm not sure the picture hattez posted is viable but that will be discussed once other mods are online as I am unsure.

 

Agh in that case I should be responsible for the account itself and the money that was paid FOR it.

 

At the same time Furbo knew it was unrecoverable ... He should've told it to Hattez and shouldn't of sold the acc to Hattez.

I had an account which I created in 2002 (I was 11/12 at the time) and managed to recover it last month. Back in these times, I wouldn't have set up any recovery details, nor would I remember many details. After a few rejections, I kept trying and managed to recover this account.

There is always a way to recover your account.

 

I have provided evidence showing the account was locked and email changed. I've also provided a screen shot showing how much wealth was on the account. The account was kept for raids only. None of the gear or gold was removed during the time I owned the account. I've only ever been repaid once for an account recovery out of the 10 I've dealt with over the years. If you think I put myself in this position you're an idiot. I took proper screen shots documenting everything because this has happened to me before several times. I told you not to fuck with me man. I asked you to just return what was taken and I'd let this go. I didnt want any problems. I know you recovered it because in the begining you thought you were scott free. You assumed furbo would take responsibility and just get banned. You thought because I didnt directly buy it from you that it was okay to recover it. I dont believe a word you're saying. The fact that you're the original owner and claim you cant recover is absolutely bullshit. This isnt an account that's had several disputes or red flags. The account was recovered plain and simple. Regarding the items and gold on the account, there's no time stamps in the photo that can relate to the time of the account recovery. Those items and gold on the account wont be reimbursed as you could have easily transferred them.

 

Would it have mattered if I had the time stamp? Items can be moved in 30 seconds. Please dont give me any of that bullshit excelont. I placed all the items and gold on the account for one purpose, Raids. The screen shot clearly shows the wealth on the account. I've owned it for less than 1 month. The account was locked and recovered. It clearly shows someone recovered the account to profit. I wont accept your opinion and I find it unprofessional that you're posting on any of my disputes or reports. I would like you to remove yourself from my thread. I told you 2 days ago to fuck off and dont ask me for nothing. You've attempted to have me banned multiple times. Only after proving YOU wrong was I unbanned. You recently gave me a TWC which I immediately had removed based on your peers. The bias and ill contempt you have for me is clear.

So let's review for all other mods:
-I've provided evidence clearly showing I purchased this account.
-I've provided evidence showing I changed password and email to my own personal email.
-I've provided evidence showing the account was locked
-I've provided evidence showing the account was recovered and email changed.
-I've provided evidence showing the amount of gold on the account. The gold was never moved. It was put on the account for raids purposes only. As you can see in the screen shot.

This is the second max main recovered from me in as many weeks. Like the first recovery I had approximately 300-350m on the account for raids gear. This account was given literally exact same gold amount to buy gear with. No screen shot will prove I had the gold ont eh account the very second it was recovered. I would literally have to vid everything every day. This decision needs to be based on the evidence at hand. I would also like to mention once again this account was only recovered after I posted a screen shot of winning a 8.6b 07 stake. I believe the user thought I was using his account to stake on.

As far as I can tell you guys all agree he owes me for the account @ 220m 07. Now can we please have him refund me that amount of gold now or perm ban him? I cannot accept the account back. The value of the account currently is 0. It cannot be trusted to leave gear or gold on. It's not trusted enough to resale. It literally is worthless to me. I would like my money back. I would like you guys to decide on my 220m 07 refund first then decide if I'm owed the 318m 07 in gear that was left on the account.

 

Well it's been a few days and he's avoided all messages on sythe and skype. Now can we go ahead and just perm this piece of shit? Enough time has been given. I fucking told you this cuck recovered and scam quit. @video @Time To Buy @Azie
