Noble's Dispute

I have changed my mind and would actually like to get unbanned rather then staying banned for nothing. Since I have broken no rules and haven't really received any real explanation to my ban other then "I'm sure you're smart enough to understand your behavior was sketchy?" and " I know you're not retarded so I don't have to explain why you were banned for your behavior" I don't see any reasons to keep me banned. It has been brought up that I refused to use a middle man. When have I agreed to use a middle man throughout my thousands of trades? I cant recall once. I never use Middle Man's and when Im asked to I just decline the trade. This has been the case for months. To add to this, the middle man to be used was Video, a mod who I would rather have nothing to do with, a mod who has falsely banned me before and a mod who I suspect doesn't particularity like me.

Since being banned I have had multiple sellers come to me wanting to sell hundreds of mills in gold which I have refused as I dont think it is appropriate to buy until Im unbanned. I would also like to make it known that even while banned I'm planning on refunding RSCROWN for scapetock.com(2k value). Something that ihq is responsible for but since I think it is unlikely he will return I will be refunding crown the price of his site on top of the loss I received directly from ihq including the price of a new gold site and some various web work. I have never scammed anyone in my thousands of trades and I dont plan to scam anyone. I would also like to mention that the amount of gold that I was attempting to purchase was an amount I had bought maybe 6 times from this user with him going first in one trade..No Issues.

While banned I have sent crown a $1200 refund for IHQ's fuck up.

 

I confirm I received a 1.2k refund from noble. As Bogla has kindly said he would refund $300 himself, the total would be 1.5k. I'v agreed to a little less of a refund as I would be keeping graphics and the domain, which would be used to re-direct traffic or a new back-end will be created.

I'm happy with this deal. From this I believe its highly unlikley that noble would attempt to scam, after refunding.
