Explain the service and Where it Went Wrong: Asked for a Torso Service, it was a little bit delayed, taking him more than one day, he told me he went to sleep so i logged to check the progress only to find my account Cleaned standing in the G.E. Total Damage: Cash 12m + Money Seen in G.E Slots, 2 Skillcapes, Wintertod Firemaking Set, Full Void, Blowpipe, FireCape.

Proof that the service was not completed: This is irrelevant in this case. Anyways it was completed half way through and my account got cleaned and i would like to held Sebast lack of security responsible.

I even bought my Fire Cape today, where i had no problem trusting the account to @pink_Clay with a differnet Password:

Oher / My Opinion: There is no way in hell, i droped my untradeables, and a firecape even oredered today to gain something through this report claim. In the screenshots he linked in skype, he was waiting in a BA lobby. (Gyazo - b5efe30af1e120a66dbafdf48d940fb1.png) (Gyazo - 6a37039347f51551b26ec3b4983509ee.png). I don't know if ultimately Sebast is the one Invloved but, my computer is clean, since i did not have any issue when i changed the password so Pink could use it.

On the other side, @Sebast will probably come up with some shit like "You agreed to my TOS and you logged in while the service was in progress and i am not responsible for the account blah blah", but actually he told me he was going to Sleep and i wanted to log to update some G.E overnight flips.


I would like at least a refund and compensation equal to the untradeables and money.

Quick question, if he has a Virus, or something, would he still be held responsible? It was a similar modus operandi but my torso was not even finished when i lost the items.

Second question, i have not yet changed the password of the account, since i want to check what he would do when he logs, or should i change it?

 

I'd check with whichever moderator is going to handle your case as I don't want to overstep my bounds and receive an infraction. I can tell you personally; if somebody has access to my account and they were being malicious and steling my items, I would change my password

 

Don't know if it's useful for the report but i already changed my password, so @Sebast won't be able to login tomorrow and find the aftermath himself when he loggs into my account.

When I return I will post all sufficient proof. I've really had it with all framing you're trying to do.

 

Not framing man but, it even does not point directly at you, but you may want to scan your computer or format it, since there was a similar case.

Oh, and why are you standing in 2 different places? Is that because you transfered all of your items into your other account and went back to GE or vice versa?

Oh and the GE picture, I can see that you logged in a world, sent some time, logged out, and then logged in another world?



And why do you have ring of dueling with you? IS that because you teleported to Duel arena to transfer your items to a mule?

Sebast is in the clear, and I'm going to give you a TWC since it is fairly clear you were attempting to frame him. I was very close to giving you a ban, but on the off chance someone else entirely did it, you're only receiving a TWC. Feel free to dispute it here (Dispute a Ban or TWC) once you've gathered some vouches from legitimate trades.

 

Just to add something - @Sebast I suggest you encourage users to transfer all there wealth as you will only be responsible for loss of wealth if its proven beyond doubt you took them.

This is something you should discuss before a service starts. Its for your benefit more than anyone elses.
