Reporting of an old scammer

I bought an account back when I first joined in 2013, it was a maxed Tank, I quit playing RS less than a year later, Came back in 2016, the account I had purchased was recovered and I had no access to it.
I wasn't super involved in Sythe at the time, so I didn't think to make a report.
The guy that hacked the acc back hasn't been on for a year, but I figure it's probably worth reporting so he can't scam again.
What information would I need to provide? I don't have old Transactions screen shots and what not. I did use an OMM, So I suppose I could start there.
Any suggestions?

 

Screenshots are a must on scam reports. Maybe try contacting the middleman and ask if he still has screenshots of the trade? That should work, otherwise I'm afraid it's a no-go.
