I am reporting: Arcus Isidar
For: Scamming me 175m 07
Explanation:


I sold 525m 07 to Arcus gold on January 5TH. I kept the balance on my account since then and nothing happened for a while. I received a letter of eviction/limitation on my PayPal on the 9th stating my account is permanently limited for two reasons, first reason being having a fake name on the account (The fake name being Taurine) second for being under 18 years old. After reading through Pay pals policies it stated that by law I have the right to refund all payments sent/received from my account in the past 180 days to the original owners. So I did that. Now in that process a bunch of people that I have traded with got their refunds (Example: I gave a guy 1m BM for 25$ PayPal, he got his 25$ back after 2 weeks and he wouldn't pay me it back, true story I have evidence to back it up but its pointless since he doesn't have a Sythe account). So 529$ was refunded to Arcus on that day. I went to Arcus gold to request my payment she stated to hold on since they don't currently have stock. Originally Lili offered me a refund of 410m; then they didn't have stock so I had to wait, it was around ~3am so I went to go to sleep. I woke up in the morning, contacted the live chat, an agent by the name "Abby" told me after contacting Lili she will only give me 350m, as you can see all this fucking bullshit hustle:

After being given the 350m I made it CLEAR that I will be requesting the rest of the payment:

Now what could be the solution, the main solution I see here is them either refunding me another 150m 07 giving them a 25m 07 profit for going through all this shit. Or me refunding them their 350m 07 an receiving a payment of 529$ BTC. I requested to be paid via BTC over 3 times and they denied it all 3 times.

This is completely outrageous and simply retarded. I contacted @Yankiee and she agreed with me and contacted them as well via PM although they were ignoring here so I am hereby requesting a ban on them until I get paid.

Your account was limited for a reason. By refunding the payments after the limitation you put Arcus at risk of being reviewed and having some of his Paypal functions temporarily disabled. If Arcus didn’t agree to the refund prior to it being sent he should have the option to call Paypal and have them send the money back to your limited account.

First of all please don't comment on a report which you aren't associated with alright? @Bogla

Secondly, they know they're in the wrong, I told Arcus Lili before I refunded it, please don't talk out of your ass.

Thirdly they already contacted me on skype requesting to refund 50m but I am requesting the full refund, them requesting to refund 50m is showing that they are guilty.

From what I can see from chat logs, he refunded without us agreeing to it initially. He also accepted the gold at $1.3/M. We gave him 350M 07 back already out of 407M. Discussed with Taurine on Skype that we are willing to give the $ amount still owed sent to a different PayPal or the rest of the gold.

Secondly @Arcus Isidar I was on Skype with Yankiee and I stated that I am accepting the first payment to make sure I get atleast half of it back before creating the rules.

Upon review of our chat logs, we agreed to the $1.29/M rate. Therefore we owe him a total of $529.38 - 353*1.29 = $74.01.
$1.29 represents a 13% discount against our website's price and should be considered as fair. So $74.01, or 57.3M 07 we will happily pay him.

Shall we give 20M of that to Veng? If a moderator could let me know. Taurine said he was paying him back, however Veng PMed me saying he had not yet been paid back.

I never agreed on a rate, i agreed on receiving 350m, i never stated thats all i am requesting. Yankiee can confirm that I stated that was only a part of the payment.

You owe me 175$ i'd like it via Btc ^_^. I offered to pay Veng OS-Scape he didn't take it we're waiting till tomorow. Stop acting like a smart ass. Ill refund your 350m and take 525$ BTC ^_^ Retard.
