New Dice Method

Hi.

Step 1: Become a $5 Donor
Step 2: Quote a low roll and lose.
Step 3: Quote a high roll
Step 4: If you win the roll, payout previous
Step 5: If you lost the roll, post proof of your outstanding debt
Step 6: Gz you now either bypassed paying someone, or just won a nice chunk of change.

People who knowingly roll with an outstanding debt should still be obligated to pay?

Of course there are rules/guidelines to not roll with an outstanding debt, but there is no punishment for doing so.

If you do roll with an outstanding debt it should be tough luck, you pay anyway. Not doing this opens up a breeding ground for reports like I've mentioned.

 

Just because someone has "dice debt" what obligates them from not paying out someone else that they duel?

We all know that when you Dice its final, there is no going back.

Seems foolish to allow such things slide IMO.

 

Right, but in most cases the debt isn't known to one or more parties.

Someone continuing to dice with an outstanding debt is banking on exactly that.

So what happens if someone duels with outstanding debts and loses?

They are abstained from paying out?

 

Seems like a grey area that will create finger pointing. Weather or not so and so knows someone had dice Debt what keeps someone from saying they had no idea?


Its simple...If you have dice debt and you dice, you are inclined to pay out no matter what. Why wouldn't that be the rule?

What happens if someone with an outstanding debt quotes a roll and loses? The other party had no knowledge of the debt.

 

Now what if the second party knew about the debt, but the first party still rolled?

What would be the end result of both win/lose scenarios?

 

So someone with an outstanding debt that continues to roll goes unpunished?

 

Right, makes sense to avoid people chasing their loses. But if someone doesn't pay out and is seen continuing to dice, It would seem pretty obvious that the user who didn't get paid would create a scam report? Of course there will be extreme situations where that might not be the case.

 

The issue is when someone is reported for doing this it's a slap on the wrist.

"Oh haha, I fell asleep"
"I was buying gold to pay"
"My paypal was closed, I need time"
etc

Someone that's caught doing this needs an undeniable punishment, not "oh, pay so and so and this is fixed".
