Reporting a scammer - DANNYB

@Azie I know threats aren't good and I apologized for them, It was in the heat of the moment but im still unhappy with whats happened. I will try to be more patient also since right now I feel like I'm just trying to get this over with and probably bugging you a little.

 

He recorveryed the account since he thought there is a lot money on the acc

 

and the pictures where shown when he asked for what we are doing on the acc

 

The reason he would want to recorvery before payment is of couse the picture of money on the acc

 

But I don't understand why you would almost encourage him to recover the account by showing him photos of wealth etc.. Why not just go about your day normally and not talk about these things. It's like you were showing him photos saying "recover the account bro I have a feeling you're not legit".

Can you respond to this please... In regards to you getting the account 46 def... Why randomly show a photo of you getting 46 def? I doubt you would have shown a photo of you getting 61 attack or anything else? What am asking is why was it such a big deal that you had to show him a photo? It just suggests you wanted to ruin the zerker build...

Its clear that he was baiting me because he WANTED me to recover it, I'm not a scammer and wouldn't do that. I think its also a bit weird that the account "Gets recovered" while I'm sleeping and that its also on the night before I get thr first half of the payment for the account. Also, you showed me wealth on the account 1-2 days before it "got recovered".

I'm trusted outside of sythe and I wouldn't ever ruin any reputation for myself, I've been trusted with a lot more than you was showing was on the account.

 

He said that he was getting 55 def on the account and showed the 46 def pic when I asked him how the account was going, just making sure everything is good. He also said he was close to 47 (he didnt train 1 exp over 46) and said he was going to do zulrah at 55 def (its only 46) and said he lost 80m in zulrah gear? He also literally says hes using the account as a mule aswell to try and bait me into recovering it.

 

Have you heard that legit sellers are asking how's their account doing? That's why I baited him out with those pictures so I would NOT lose the 50m what c0ngs has + my own gears/supplies/loots. But after those pictures were shown to him, I waited around 24 hours before even logged in on the account again - and when I logged it was all clear, so that's why I decided to keep botting on it. Ran bot for almost 8 hours, password has been changed+e-mail has been changed.

Yes I tried to bait him with the defence level as well, tried to get him busted via Skype to act like "Omg why would you do that etc." but Danny was all cool with that. And does it really matter if I ruin the zerker build on my account that I've bought ? :O

 

It was your acc so I didnt care that you changed it, why would I? The fact is is that you're lying about me recovering the account and saying all of this shit so u keep ur 50m l0l I still dont even have access to the account and I plan to recover it once this scam report is over, win or lose.

If you did not recorvery the account then you are not the original owner.

You baited but I didn't recover it, I am the original owner and the account is still in your possession and you know it is however your making this big deal to try and save yourself 50m (lmfao) and I asked you hows the account going so I can make sure your happy with it and do everything I can to keep it that way. @KunkkuServices Your argument that he recovered the account for me doesn't carry enough weight yet.

The fact that:
- You deleted Skype messages
- Account recovery was made prior to any payments being received

Points me towards the innocence of @DannyB. It's a 50/50 case due to the nature of it but logically with the information available at this current point I have to side with @DannyB.

IMO this is a case of he-said she-said. There is no evidence that DannyB recovered the account. The fact pattern can support both your arguments: that Kunkku changed the details himself in an attempt to frame DannyB, or that DannyB recovered the account in an attempt to steal the wealth. There is just a lack of evidence to support or eliminate one or the other. Accordingly, I don't think a Ban/DNT can be supported.

What should be done with the account/50m is a separate matter.

 

I don't really know how you can have more proof of someone recorverying acc than that pw is changed.

Unless he says " YES I DID SCAM "

 

And no you don't ask for loots or how its going with the acc unless you want to know is there wealth on the account or are we training the stats.

As malakadang has said, a lot of this is he-said-she-said. There are too many variables here that allow it to be a legit recovery scam or a frame. That being said, I wouldn't be comfortable with a ban on either of them unless something can be undeniably proven. As for the money, since the Zerker is now ruined, it's not as simple as giving the money back to KunkkuServices and giving the account back to DannyB. This will have to be discussed further. How have other situations of reversed sales gone regarding ruined stats? This has probably happened before.

How retard are you? You don't ask if you got any luck or what you are doing on the account unless you plan on recorverying.
