Do you have a New Years Resolution? If so, what is it?

Mines to sleep less, currently sleeping 8-9 hours a day, want to sleep 6 maybe 7 hours at max so I can get more stuff done.

Maybe this out for me.

 

My bf wanted to try the polyphasic sleep cycle. I guess that's when you have to question the correlation between genius & sleep patterns.

I've never done a New Years resolution tbh. If I had to choose rn, it'd be to manage my expenses better.

I average around 6 hours of sleep a day, maybe a bit less. I cut down from 8 hours per night over 6 months or so.
Alarm at the same time every day and gradually reducing the amount seemed to do the trick!

 

be more productive, sleep less and pass this 3 day exam in 2 weeks to get into one of the top unis in my country.

 

No gambling and keeping up gym and diet.

My New Years resolution is continue on my path of sobriety as well as maintain balance with gym/gaming/social as I seem to have substituted my drug addiction with gaming all hours of the night even on work nights. Once football season starts and practices start I should be able to balance better.

 

Work on improving in design and try to focus on less-sythe related work.

 

Focus on my self and my well being. Also, to get unbanned from the site...

 

Just tryna work on the little things. Maybe lie a little less to my loved ones. Eat more ass. Drink less coffee. Finally get the courage to try wasabi.

To continue on the same path as I am currently on

 

My mom made us all make one, so I jokingly told her mine was to no longer disappoint her and my dad. She didn't think it was funny and is expecting me to stick to it.

 

New years resolution for me would probably try to be more active. I was always an active person playing sports etc but whenever winter came sports was over i get real lazy, i need to get some motivation to hit the gym can see myself getting a little bit fat
