Banned for being hacked?

July this year my account was hacked for me and I was able to recover it using this forum. I mostly just lurk sythe but today when I wanted to make a purchase and had to log in it said my account was banned for being hacked. Is there a way for this to get unbanned? Or should I just start a new account? I would prefer to keep my old account because of the vouches I had, thanks.
