Name of user to TWC: Lrug Dord

So I contacted Lrug Dord to sell some BTC that I had left over on Skype and he told me that he would charge 10% commission as seen here:

This screenshot shows that he would be charging me 10% commission despite his thread here:

saying that the fee was only 0-2% for buying BTC.

I asked him how much PayPal he had left and he kept avoiding telling me. He just said he had "enough" to buy my BTC:

Then he started sending me screenshots and removed his message:

Also in this I offered to sell him $22 BTC to $20 PayPal. This message was continued:

I told him he must pay fees if I was selling him BTC as I don't want any chargebacks to occur in which he replied:

I told him he must pay fees and he said he was not interested. This is some sketchy behaviour as he may have been planning to chargeback the payment. This is why I am requesting a TWC on this user. His Skype/Sythe may have been hacked but I am not 100% sure.
