SCAMMER - TrumpRich [NOT SOLVED]

So I was buying some osrs from this man, and I accidentally sent it via goods and services. He told me that i was supposed to send via family and I said "refund the money and I will send it again via family and friends." (The deal was 7.92 USD for 7.95mil.) I told him to refund my money because he was taking way to long to click refund. He kept accusing me for trying to scam him while I kept saying i fucked up and if you refund il pay via family and friends. He still would not refund, and logged off aswell. This guy just ran off with my 8$ but I will contacting paypal, please ban him.

I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THE MOD THAT THIS ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED. You said the trade happened, but there was no trade. The man has my money on paypal and did not give me any gold, and is not refunding. Please review the video once again. Nothing was traded and nothing is solved.

Also both sides did not get what they wanted, he has MY MONEY and i recieved no refund and no osrs gold which I paid for.
