Question about refund

Hi, i recently got scammed by Jefe for 100m, for full info go to: Scammed 100m 07 by Jefe
So today about 3 hours ago he messages me saying oh family emergency had to go(which is completely untrue and extremely convenient)

I just want to know if he actually wants to refund, should I take the money or no? And also if he refunds me will he be unbanned because i dont want it if a scammer will be unbanned lol

 

He wouldn't really be a scammer if he did have to leave in a hurry or something prevented him from logging in. If you don't take your money and he wants to pursue an unban it'll just go to someone else. Why would you not take your money if he's offering it?

 

Because he was obviously scamming... he was fine talking then suddenly right after I pay he blocks me lol... A bit to convenient. I just don't see how you guys could unban someone who scammed me, then probably staked the money got lucky and won, now wants to refund so he can get off scott free with some bullshit excuse.

 

If he's offering to refund you I would take your refund. I'm sure the Sythe staff team will handle his dispute/pardon how they feel is necessary.

 

Take the refund if he offers it - I wouldn't be too prideful here. Nothing stopping you from still having a case that he did it intentionally, make another report if you feel inclined.

Take the refund and him being unbanned would be something the staff would decide. Minimum is a TWC that he would receive.

jefe also tried to get a few high donator/friends to lend him money before he scamquit, so one has to assume he was attempting to scam them too

 

not sure if this is relavent or not but i added him to sell him gold for btc a week back and he was rude in the way he was saying he wouldnt do 20-50ms because he would have to pay a blockchain fee of 10cents per transaction i said id cover the fee then he just dissapeared.

He's been trying to talk to me again since he got banned saying he'd do 20-50ms
