You need to be penetrated for it to be classified as 'rape'. So women, just find a rich man, knock him out, drug him, or whatever works, and have sex for the baby of the rich man and you are rich. Cant be classified as rape if you didnt penetrate him.

 

Surely in this case, it would still be sexual assault?

And no, "he" does not restrict it to men only. Next time you have a knee-jerk reaction, do a little research first.

 

Well, they can. It's obviously not as common as a woman being raped (at least in the United States). Penetration shouldn't be a qualifier for what is and isn't rape, that's like saying that if someone holds down a woman and forces their dick down he throat, it isn't rape because she wasn't penetrated. It's really not that big of a shock considering the amount of mind altering substances we have here, and frankly they're not hard to get a hold of.

So yes, men get raped.

 

Not nearly as severe of a charge as rape. The same crimes should have the same repercussions regardless of gender.
