Did you ever consider the fact that those who are "more deserving" didn't apply? Did you ever consider that these people have been mod for 5 minutes and you can't judge whether or not they're not deserving. This is the kind of negative attitude that made me go inactive for 2 weeks due to certain people being so negative. Instead of saying they don't deserve it, how about some words of encouragement so they do a good job? So done with people who are constantly whinging when these people have offered their FREE TIME to help the site.
Lmfao, drama queen. It's the internet. Why people are so sensitive, especially while being staff is beyond me. Learn to deal with all types of people, especially while maintaining (at one stage) a position that requires you cater to the userbase.

In no way did I say I deserved it. I actually hardly visit sythe anymore and have been focusing on my IRL ventures more. I'm just stating that these randoms fucks don't deserve it and if this website should be successful in any sense there should be a bigger focus on getting quality staff over quantity.
I guess, we don't know how they're going to perform yet. In my eyes Yankiee's is well deserved as she's arguably one of the more active members on this forum. As for the other promotions, I don't know who they are let alone know them personally. Instead of redirecting all this negativity toward the recently promoted members, I'd rather encourage them to make us proud. The argument here is not quality over quantity. The staff members all chose who they wanted to promote, and I'm sure they have good reasons for their decisions. If they do an egregious job then yeah demote them, but until then lets encourage them.
Who cares who the mods are as long as they don't ban me while I'm out here scanning left and right as long as they know their place it doesn't even matter
