Your essintaly saying that we as a community need to shut up and like everyone you promote. That shouldn't be the case it's concerning that you can not put emotions aside and do your job. We have the right to free speech it's why so many people talk how they do. So until free speech is taken away you need to in your own words "stop whining" that someone may not be happy with a promotion given to someone they felt was unworthy. If I agree or disagree with a promotion that's my right, sythe is our community as a whole therefore we should be able to speak our opinions without getting back lash for doing so.
