I sold an account to Sythe member: 13lood_star
This took place on the weekend and I had botted the account that weekend.

Come monday, Jagex employees return to work and ban the account. 13lood_star tells me the news and I acknowledge that I botted on the account and refund him half of what he paid for the account as that is all I had at the time.

I am then told that he had swapped 10m worth of gp (as this was a deadman account). I tell him I will pay him back for this in the coming days and he kindly says I only need to pay half for what he lost swapping.

13lood_star then asks if I could vouch for him in getting his account back on sythe. This is when i find out he is banned on Sythe and stupidly decide to block him from Skype thinking that he was banned for a reason and nothing can happen to me and I wont have to pay the 10m anymore.

13lood_star then creates the dispute on his guest account and I get banned (fair enough).

A few days later or maybe weeks I create another account on Sythe through a proxy called VarrockSales: VarrockSales

I then donate 5m 07 for donator rank on that account instead of paying it back to 13loodstar as I was salty and tried to continue on Sythe as normal. VarrockSales was then banned for Ban Evasion.


I acknowledge what I done was wrong and apologize to 13loodstar for the hassle and delay in payment. I now realize scamming does not win in the long term and have missed the services Sythe offer. Also hiding from your problems does nothing (ban evading) I should of just faced up to it and paid him off, It wasn't like it was a big sum or anything I just made a real stupid decision and feel I have learnt from this.​

 

Looking through everything I'm unable to find any other signs of ban evasions, you were stupid to think you could scam someone $10/10M 07 just because they were also banned, if anything you should of contacted a mod and asked if there were any scam victims to pay back.

I'll abstain for now, I would like to say yes because it seems like a stupid mistake, but I'd like some more input.

The offense was recent, but the amount was small and it has been paid back. I'll support.
