Reporting bulletproof for not refunding me

I have decided to cancel the order for 99/99/99.
But now he says he cant refund because its written so in his terms.
I never agreed them and he never told me about it.
Will I still be able to get a refund?

 

@Bulletproof refund the % that you still have to compete. keep then% that you did complete.

he has gotten me so far 81atk 88str 81def

how long do i have to do this @Excelont the money collected was already told and i transferred to my bank account and that is already spent, thats what i do with all of my gold, he read my thread and used me for a reason to get him levels and in my thread no refunds are given once i started and its been a few days.

I could say no refunds & then not even start an order which according to those tos would mean i litterally get free money.

There's a difference between a refund & a "refund"
for example; I do a 200M order (50M exp)
guy wants to cancel after 1M exp
I say I'll refund 5M and keep 195M, this isn't a "scam" either according to that logic

Point is, you agreed upon a price when starting the service which is clearly 4.5gp/xp. Him cancelling the order is inconvenient, but his choice. You should still do the right thing and only charge him for the XP you gained, at the rate you originally priced his service at. He gave you half the payment in good faith, so it's not like he was intentionally using you for cheap levels while attempting to order bulk. Also you probably shouldn't be ditching the GP so fast once taking it, then spending the $ so quickly to where you can't refund an order.

 

not lying. Bank account linked to my paypal for runescape transactions is different from my bank account i get paid in so therefore the bank account for my money in real life is not linked to my paypal meaning i cant just use money on an empty bank account to pay somebody back, dumb fuck kys already.
