I think FireZ dealt with this case from 3 years ago I don't know if he remembers it, Saw he was somehow unbanned, really?, not gonna comment on that. Either ban him or tell him to pay up. Especially since he is trying to sell another account and is using his ex-mod status to make it seem like he is trustworthy. He shouldn't be allowed to use the title at all since he has recovered atleast 4 or 5 accounts he has sold.

Inbox me/Post and I will provide you with pictures of skype logs/proofs If needed, but this case was dealt with about 3 years ago.

Question: Does he have to pay what the money was worth at the time of the trade or what it is worth now?.

I can make a good arguement of why it should be what it was worth at the time of the trade but i'll just let u decide and won't say anything.

so @xLiquidsnake pm'd me. FF's story is essentially that his brother recovered the account, but it's worth noting that all of this - the recovery and chat - happened over 3 years ago... september 2013. i don't see how FF is liable for anything here. in your skype conversation, you (liquid) state that you have control of the account. that's the most we could expect FF to help you with. he's not liable to refund you if he can get you control of the account back.

Do you read the op at all? - This was dealt with 3 years ago by FireZ he said he has to pay me back if he wants to come back. It wasn't just posted now, it was already dealt with. I couldn't find the previous post for some reason, but this proof was definately pm'd to a member of staff and he got banned because of it.

Yes he is liable lol. If i had 2bil on the account and he took it, would you be saying he isn't liable for it? The story he made up was clearly bullshit, he recovered the account himself, how do you make a account together lmao. Just cause I don't post a lot he thought i was inactive and could take me for a free ride.

He told me he was the original owner and the account was safe. Clearly neither of those are true. He mis-sold me the account. Why would i use a account that he is gonna keep recovering? - He clearly has to pay me back. Please post the proof in the staff lounge. His "brother" also botted on the account and got it banned too. I don't have access to the account now too he recovered it again.

He didn't assit me with shit when it got recovered either, I had to contact jagex myself. He ignored me until I posted a scam report on him. How are you gonna let him get away with this?

 

If Im not mistaken this has something to do with a user named raze. Fishfishy purchased an account from him and resold it. The user "raze" recovered the account and fishfishy was unable to repay. Im not 100% sure but I remember reading about this a few years ago.

 

He wouldn't be liable for the 2b on the acc, if you cant prove that the items were there at the time of recovery.

How do we know you didn't resell the acc and youre just trying to get it back as well?

thats generally not the stance we take on account reports. if he lost access then he's due a refund

@ op - sorry, your original post did not at all make it clear that you'd lost access to the account. if you lost access then @FishFishy owes you what you paid for the account, regardless of who he purchased it from. i'll give him a day before banning

 

So is fishfishy actually ever gonna reply or is he gonna just try and duck the situation and pretend he didnt see anything, like he did 3 years ago. Also no this has nothing to do with raze, this was his own made account (or so he claimed) and no one else had access either, which i believe is true. (Since he recovered it himself)

@ Excelont - His IP was the last IP on the account after i recovered it so please stop trying to give him the benefit of the doubt when he was clearly the one who recovered it. That is caught red handed if anything. This was shown in the report from 3 years ago. To be accused of scamming when you catch someone scamming you is quite funny, nice joke.

I posted the proof already 3 years ago so why u treating this like a open case, the only reason i bring this up again is because you unbanned him without him paying me or the other he scammed back.

He has like 3 more pending scam reports and you let him flaunt his ex-mod status like he is someone who is supposed to be trusted. Wtf is the DNT rank for? Also do you wanna invent a new scam where it is okay to sell a acccount then say yo my bad my mum recovered it. You can have the account back though till I catch you with some real money on your account, because thats what i'm hearing.

I'm gonna be honest I really don't give a shit about the money, If he does pay you can use it to pay someone who was scammed back (my choice), but how you gonna let this guy be a scumbag like this cause he was a ex-mod.
