Kloklobiju - Dodgy user - Fake Vouches - Suspicious Accounts

This report is about a user named Kloklobiju, he contacted me about purchasing my accounts for sale so I looked into his account like I do any other person that wants to purchase something from me and in doing so I uncovered a few dodgy things that i'd like to show to a mod.

The first thing that threw me off about this guy was the fact that he's trying to sell 2 accounts for low prices and also that on both account threads he's using the same picture of the ban meter: Account 1, Account 2. UPDATE: He's coincidentally sold both of the accounts at the exact same time when he realized that it was obvious it was the same ban meter picture.

The second thing is that a few of his vouches seem fake/spammed with 3 of them coming from the same person within a day and 2 of those being 5 minutes apart! There's also a "vouch" where the guy hasn't even contacted him yet and says that he's going to message him and test him out!

I want to get a mods opinion on this because to me this looks really dodgy.
