Hastan : (Account recovery request)

Hi,

I have posted regarding my account that seems to be locked or hacked I do not know more information..
When I try to log in it says : You have been banned for the following reason: Hacked - http://www.sythe.org/threads/thanks-for-the-tip-yousuckv2-dumb-nigger.2176607/

Please help me.. I'd love to be back on Sythe. I have done nothing wrong unless this account was hacked.

I'd love to have a response as soon as possible since I have been waiting for 2 days for an answer.

Hi Astro,

Currently I am at work so therefore I will not be able to provide a virus scan just yet. I do run them about every week with Windows defender, I haven't seen anything in particular that would of led to me being hacked if that's the case. I will double check for sure when I get home.

If you have more explanations feel free to let me know and if you really require another scan I will provide you with a proof. Then again, keep in mind that there was a few scans that probably took place before I realised my Sythe account was locked. I would say at least a few months even. If you think this might be due to me being keylogged or anything I would not be able to tell. The only thing I experienced was my RS account that had it's name changed - Thankfully I had all my security set-ups on my account so no impacts. As I come to realise it could of led my Sythe account of being taken over by someone else. So I would say probably 3-4 months ago I realised my account on OSRS had it's name changed. Virus scan was done at that time and my passwords were changed and everything.

As asked, here is the full scan. The only found ''virus'' was a knight online exe file which is always flagged by the anti-virus. I can confirm this is safe.

Please advise on further steps.
