Circle.com BTC wallet locked, unable to do anything?

Basically says my account is flagged for gambling, i don't even gamble btc.
I'm assuming this is due to one of my transactions on Nov 10th,
$5 from @GuyFrank for his giveaway saying 'congrats'

So on Nov 11th i got an email saying:

I replied saying i don't gamble and they say too bad we're sure you gambled

And they tell me to withdraw my balance within two weeks or my account gets locked.
I tell them I can't because i'm canadian and they don't even accept canadian debit cards.

So now its the 29th and they finally reply after 15+ days saying:

So it seems they're not even reading anything i'm saying and taking a very long time in between responses.
Anyone got any suggestions or had similar issues they were able to solve?

tl;dr: circle.com account/wallet flagged for gambling, unable to withdraw/transfer bitcoins because i'm canadian.

 

Dam, did you also have a bunch of other small transactions? Im sorry to hear about that :/ It seems like you're going to have to seek help from someone who can get the funds.

If you can still send your money, Id be glad to hold it for you while you still can.

If you wait out the two weeks and give me the email, I can also request them to send the money to my bank account and I can get it to you some other way.

 

I would be glad to help you if you need, I would gladly swap your funds from BTC to PayPal, this also happened to me but it was because I did infact gamble. So what I did was open a blockchain wallet. The only shitty this is now I don't have access to circles easy BTC buying system

 

Are you not allowed to gamble using Circle? I've deposited loads on bitcasino.io through Circle (have never withdrawn yet though)

 

I know of tons of people who have had their circle wallets locked for the same reason when they don't even gamble, makes me question how legitimate Circle really is, how would they even prove someone was gambling?

 

Some exchange sites keep track of the wallet addresses of gambling sites like primedice and betking, darkweb sites as well. If they see that you've sent or received funds from one of these places then they might suspend your account. It's a possibility that a customer could've sent you funds from one of these places as well.

I don't think they allow gambling at all.

 

Circle did the same thing to me a while back and I've never gambled and probably never will besides the occasional dice. Their system needs to be worked on severely.

 

It is illegal in the US and also I am fairly sure that Circle prohibits/discourages gambling.

 

Correct on both points. My Circle was closed as well although I've never gambled, probably just a sketchy btc address sending to your wallet
