You can clearly see he’s waited over a day and a bit to make the recovery, pure bollocks how he said he did a recovery instantly. Misled me to think all was good. Rest of the conversation is me flaming/arguing with him so its not needed.

Colts sold the account to Racks on an installment plan, once the account has been handed over and vouched for that is now RACKS' property, if he chooses not to pay for it then it's COLTS that gets scammed, it should not be Eksy.

If you buy a TV on a pay monthly plan, once the TV has been handed over it is now YOUR TV.

If you then decide to sell that TV to someone else and leave the country without paying the rest, Sony isn't going to track down the person you sold it to and seize the TV, the liability falls on the person that scammed it in the first place.

Thus Sony was scammed through their own ignorance of trusting someone with an instalment plan.

Lmao I am not a lawyer but it's clear as glass that Colts through a number of wrong doings has led to his own scam.
I was not scammed, other than Colts stealing my account and stealing my GP

1) COLTS HAD EXCHANGED VOUCHES
2) HIS ACCOUNT THREAD HAD THE SAME STATS AS THE RACKS

This was a 100% confirmation he was OO. The only reason for prior contact would have been to confirm indeed he was the OO. Which even a retard could do with the 2 I mentioned

 

You have not once questioned Colts negligence instead backed him.
So I can clearly see the bias in your decision making.
