Jaygord Scammed for 50m OSRS Name (Detailed Proof)

Now, I recieved a message from him here offering to buy my RS name. Ive been holding onto it for a while so I though that I might aswell get rid of it since I have no RS cash. the name i was selling is "Successful"

This is him adding me on skype and initiation conversation



This is him already trying to get me to change the name before we get a MM (I shouldve picked up on this but I didnt)



After meeting with the MM and the MM recieving the money and it was time for me to transfer the name I did, and he claims he "did not get it"



Now I said to myself "I know he has the name since we did a 3,2,1 countdown but ill give him the benefit of the doubt that it got sniped" so I told the MM to refund him



This is where he gets caught RED HANDED, since I couldnt prove it BUT I knew he had the name, i proceeded to his profile and looked at some of his posts and noticed that an account hes selling had the SAME stats as the account that "sniped" the name from him receiving it.

Heres him again claiming that magically the person that he sold his account to all of sudden snipes rs names now



Now that i confronted him with this to make him look stupid and to see what other bs he wants to say, he is now claiming that I am editing pictures to get him banned lol. Like I said before if it was my fault for it getting sniped then so be it, I will eat the cost, but he made it too easy for me to prove that he hijacked the name without paying me.

 

Yes the account that was for sale has been sold, the username "successful" if you look it up does not have those stats its on a maxed main, so in my belief this photo is photoshopped with the name after he looked up the account probably via playerauctions because i had the name on there.

 

Also hadnt edited my thread when it sold *

 

Please stop this guy before he scams others trying to buy his accounts.

can you post a little more detail on the timing of what happened? or i guess let me know if i have this right:
-you agree to sell a name using an mm
-mm gets money, buyer claims not to get the name, the mm refunds him
-buyer sells the account with the name "successful" later on, thus proving he did in fact get it and scammed you into having the mm refund him

is that right?

 

i had sold this tank via playerauctions a little bit before we were doing this trade probably around 5pm, forgot to remove the thread from sythe after i sold it. I did have the name of the tank posted on playerauctions when i was selling it which is how i believe he got the name to look the account up and then edit it to put the name "successful" claiming i scammed him. The name successful is on a maxed main when i looked it up. I recently bought a name from wolfrunescape for 65m 07 and the trade went very smooth soon after it got sniped and i don't have a problem with that because thats a risk i took. In the end i didn't scam/snipe the name successful from slayzorz, if i have to i don't mind giving him 10m or something for whats happened.

 

i can also have the user i sold the tank to.. to message you for proof.

 

For the most part, but immediately after he claimed he did not receive the name and that it was unavailable i checked his account selling thread and saw that the account that he was selling was the same stats as the account that "sniped" the name successful. The account HE was selling HAD the name
