Runescape Account recovered by hammer blocked

I had bought an acc from him for 130m rs3gp but he turned out to recover it back from me the next day after I had cashed in some valuables worth 100m without giving me complete recovery info.
he just gave a part of recovery info stating that it was enough to recover.

these are the links of scam. Looking at the conversation u could find out I paid. I have the proof but it's on my pc and would post in later if necessary.
