Lost my 2FA

Hi this is Bub Bub

I just switched to a new phone and restore everything from backup, however I didnt know google authenticator do not recover from backups (rly stupid of me)

Is there any way I can prove I am indeed Bub and get my 2fa removed? I was a SVU so I can verify by Phone number
