if a user has rolled the dice and won but hasnt replyed to my msg to add my skype/send btc addy but hasnt in over a half hour should i pay him or not makes me feel like he didnt have the funds and just rolled..

He did the same thing for me and I got banned for "not paying in time". Took 5 hours to roll so i went to bed and paid him the second i woke up. Then got banned 5 hours later because he said I did not pay lmao.

Just pay him once he reaches out to you.

 

Just keep trying to contact him. Or he will contact you eventually. You must pay out.

If they are stalling, and you have proof of them stalling / not responding but could be active on the site, you would make a report and we would ban until he pays out.

 

i understand that but what i saying is i lost a bet been trying to pay the guy for like 2 hours now and he hasnt hmu yet after i waited 5 mins after the roll to msg him he was still online then i sent him a pm he loged i have his money i just feel if this report was the other way around it would be some shit an also i dont think he had the funds when he rolled

 

you have to pay him. and yes, the system is currently lopsided - you can get banned for not paying quickly enough but not for not receiving funds won quickly enough (therefore making the guy trying to pay you at risk for being banned). this is a problem. this is why i want to make "you must pay immediately" a rule
