Content. And metal is fine, but cannibal corpse and anal cunt etc. just has terrible vocals and I really cba listening to it. This goes for most death metal/grindcore bands, but most other metal sub-genres are fine

Edit: There are plenty of other genres with some pretty brutal lyrics, like rap (horrorcore/death rap etc.), hardcore punk etc. But feel free to suggest a death metal band if you have a good one, and I will check it out. Not ruling out all death metal bands, just saying I dont like the vocals of most of them

Some interesting stuff. Sounds good so far, 25 mins into the album. Not every song on here that I really liked, but ill definitely check out some of their other shit as well.

 

A Day To Remember have a lot of really heavy songs with pretty meaningful lyrics unlike a lot of other heavy music

Not sure exactly what you mean by "brutal content" cuz that's what cannibal corpse is and you said not stuff like that, so imma need more info to help you out

I'll be honest with you, the only lyrics I really pay attention to are mainly prog tracks, and they're not what i'd class as "brutal"
