Laziz scammed me - PROOF

Hello everyone, so basically i was looking for a quester and i found this guy.. he seemed to be very nice. i Told him i wanted B gloves and i was in need of 34 Quest points remaining, so he said that he will find me a list and list me a pricing (pictures) as the days go on i found out he let other people on my account, without my accept and told me to chance password.. already there i felt uncomfertable, and then on the 3rd day he says that he is done at 167 QP, because he paid for a bond because the account he was questing no became f2p.. i told him i'll give him the money for the bond when i came home, now he does not want to take the 3,3 for the bond, and leaves me at 167 QP.. and my 37m is gone now.. i didn't pay 37m for 167 QP i paid 37m for 175.

 

@Laziz If you accepted the service you have to finish it completely or partially refund your customer

 

This guy contacted me, asked if I can log on his account and find quests to do for QP, So I made a list then he went away. Came back a week ago and quoted an unfinished list and told me to do it.

This is the list :

I charged him 37M for the list.

I charge per quest not per qp/ I don't care about the rewards the quest gives.

I have proof of doing all quests on this list expect 2. Because his account had no membership for a whole day. So I bought a bond for 3.3M with my own money and Did the rest of the list.

Since I paid 3.3M from my own money. I left out 2 quests undone until he comes and pays me back 3.3M. But he took to long so I accepted new orders.
And told him to take the 3.3M as a refund instead.

This quest list turned to be 171 qp total when it's done. He was unhappy and asked if I can do more quests to get him 4 Qp for free.
I told him No. He got mad and told me he is not gonna vouch me and stuff. So I told him to keep the 3.3M as a refund for the last 2 quests and find someone else to order from.


I understand that you are upset, but I didn't scam you. I did all the quests you paid for.

 

I understand that. I did pay him 3.3M back for the last 2 quests. If you think I should refund him more then that then fine.

Laziz, either you do the remaining 8 quest points, or you refund me for the 8 remaining quest point, and the refund of those points is what the new quester wants from me.

 

no of course not Astro, prices per QP is 2mil, when it's those hard quest left.. so i demand 16mil or he finnish up his order.

 

Its not 8 Qp.. I dont charge per QP.

It was 2 quests left on the list:

regicide 3 qp
rolving elves 1 qp

I refunded him because I didnt do these last 2 quests.

 

Laziz i don't care what you charge, i care what other people charge.. either you pay me the 16mil - 3,3m = 12,7 mil or you finnish of the last 8 quest points.

 

By that logic you should've paid him 64M instead of 37M?

 

That's not how this works and that's also not what's going to happen.

@Laziz do you have a pricelist somewhere to see how much you charge for just those 2 quests?

 

No Astro, it's because prices of quest varies, the harder the quest is the more expensive it is.. when i left him with 34 qp he did all those easy f2p quests... but anyways i have a solution which i think is very fair.. so im talking with Russian who is also a quester, Russian will tell in the thread how much he charges for 8 quest points, and Laziz will have to refund me the payment for that so i can pay Russian to finnish it off, sounds fair?

 

Sorry I don't. I tried to explain to him that I dont charge per qp I charge per quest.
I priced both the quest at 3M, I refunded him 3.3M. I you think I was unfair with the refund then let me know and I'll refund more.

But now he's gonna come up with ridcolus prices, to save himself for more gold.. how is that fair?

i see that my solution, with another quester taking over to finnish his 8 qp which is remaining is a great solution.

 

It's really random. I charge for my time, So if a quest takes an hour I charge 2.5-3M for it.

 

Did some asking around, those two quests should take about 2h in total for an average quester.
Staff has decided that they will be valued at 6M 07 - which means that Laziz can either accept the 3.3M and finish the last two quests or he can offer an additional 2.7M to LeePogchamp for not completing the quests and that'll be the end of it.
