    Before I go into context with this report, I'm really trying to be professional with this user, this is the second time this has happened to me. I'm not really sure what I should do, and I'm just seeking guidance on how to handle this, and prevent this from ever happening in the future.

    Explain the service: I was going to macro 38k alchs for him, and do it for 5m 07 since it was automatic.. I set the account up last night and woke up about 45 minutes - an hour ago, after doing so I told the user I'd check up on his account to reset the account as it's automatically logged off after 6 hours of consecutive game play. When I tried logging in, someone was logged on to the account. I told him to get off of the account, so I could quickly set it back up and type my paper. Once I logged in, the account was at Lumbridge Bank, and I had set it up at his house with 22k nature runes and 20k maple longbow (U). I'm stuck in a dilemma, if I should refund him, let a staff member decide, or what to do in this situation. I'm also hoping for future feedback on how to prevent this from ever happening again. Note* I have completed part of this service, so I'm not really sure if he's trying to get that free service, or what he's trying to do.

    You can see here that I had problems logging on to the account because someone was on the account, and then instantly as I sent that message someone got off of the account and I was able to get on.

    At this point this user started full on flaming me so I just decided it would be best to ignore him and not add fuel to the fire.


    Proof that the service was not completed: Account is at 75 magic, it hasn't been completed yet, as of right now the service is being terminated.

    In conclusion, I'm not really sure what to do right now, I haven't completed the service yet, only partially, I haven't refunded the user yet. I'm just waiting to see what staff wants me to do. I'm really stuck here and if any of you have had prior experience with something like this, I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me what to do to prevent things like this from reoccurring in the future because this seems like a very sticky situation. I'm going to fully comply with whatever staff wants me to do.

    I thought of that after the problem occured but I tried logging in 2-3 minutes later and I was able to get on after I notified him that he needed to get off of the account to so i can reset the service. But it was too late as I was successful in logging in a few minutes later...

    There's literally no proof at all that I was on the account because I simply wasn't... I was confused the whole time and then Taxed started accusing me of scamming..? Like what kind of customer service is that, accusing your customers of scamming and then being a complete dick about it? I got scammed too buddy you really think I wasn't mad and confused as fuck? Then you post a report quick as fuck before we could even resolve it.. Sketchy as fuck.

    I need you to understand why I came at you with accusation... I know for a fact that I didn't do anything, I was trusted with 100m 07 last night in the same scenario except for a desert treasure quest service.. if I had intent to scam I think it would of been yesterday...

    I just know for a fact I did not scam you. I had full intent in providing nothing but my quality service and after the incident this morning, it was ruined. In my perspective theres only two possibilities.. either you have attempted to set me up as a scammer, or someone has access to your account by means of malicious hack. Those are the only options in my perspective.

    However of my perspective, I'm going to fully comply with what the staff directs me to do. I'm also seeking support in how to make sure this never happens again by experience from staff/other players please post below with guidance...

    I need you to understand I have no reason to take alches off my account that I wanted you to train when you in fact told me to not get on that account as the training was going on. I don't know how it happened but it did man, and I didn't appreciate you accusing me so quickly when I was just as confused as you were. I'm waiting on reply from mods also for this incident because I truly don't know what to do. I wanted to training done and had no reason to fuck myself over for 5M halfway though it...

    Seeing as you've put a scar on my reputation for no legitimate reason, insulted me in every way/shape/form.. I will not be providing you with a refund as theres no validated reason for me to do so.

    The above would be the correct thing for me to do as I have every validated reason to do so. Nonetheless, I did not put any effort into this nor perform any "hardwork" so I will be refunding you as I have no idea if you decided to set me up as a scammer or someone had access to your account unknowingly... Just remember I have the authority to give you no refund as I stated to you in the pm when you typed "Confirm". But regardless I'm going to.

    When I come back from class I'll be giving you a refund of 5m 07 the payment we agreed on for the service. Even though I completed 450k exp of this service.

    If mods are fine with this since @Astro stated nobody can be held liable.

    But I also want you to know DabbedOutNol, you've hurt my reputation, you've insulted me, and caused me pointless quarrel and I'm STILL refunding you the FULL amount when I already completed a chunk of the service.

    Fucking keep the 5M bro I could careless about it like I said prior. You're the one that came at me first and decided to put a scam report against me, that falls onto you not me. I would have been fine trying to figure out what happened but you decided to be immature and start accusing. I'm sorry I have a short fuse I just don't respect being called a scammer when I in fact did nothing wrong and you came at me wreck less so there wasn't much else for me to do. Next time don't go assuming and try and see the other person's side to a story before being an asshole.

    @Taxed You're obligated to refund the exp that hasn't been done yet unless @DabbedOutNol doesn't want it.

    I'd also like to state/ask so I can get a clear confirmation on this;
    Taxed clearly stated no refunds under any circumstances, does this also apply after these accusations etc? (would like an answer for future reference, in how much ToS etc bear weight in these situations.)

    In that regard, I rushed it and decided to let staff handle it as Im new here and I didnt know what else to do. This happened to me before and I didn't want to deal with this better to let the staff handle it. I don't know what happened, your refund is there for you to take it, if you refuse to do so, I cannot shove it down your throat.

I did not scam in this false accusation so if it could promptly be taken down I'd be appreciative of it. Taxed obviously doesn't know anything about customer service and what to do when something doesn't go his way. I don't care what previous trades you've had before, you're scum in my eyes.     You obviously still think I scammed you, I suggest you run scans / check if anyone has access to your computer. If you truly didn't do anything wrong, I can guarentee you someone has a hack on your computer.

    Anyways, I'm moving on from this, if staff has anything else for me to do/say, I'm here to fully comply.

    By affirming nobody has access theres only one option in my perspective as to what happened here, and that you simply tried scamming me in hopes for a free service. Ive had access to amounts way higher than your measly 15m 07 order, I wouldn't throw my values and code of conduct for you nor anyone else. You're either a failed scammer or just stupid and I simply refuse to reply to you anymore, you should do the same.

    Waiting on staff decisions whether it be his desired 15m refund/5m refund/partial refund/no refund.

    I have no more time for the nonsense of someone highly ignorant.

    Just chiming in on this, It'd take me a few hours but i distinctly remember a mod stating on a previous scam report that in the conflict of rules vs a user's TOS, Sythe rules will always come first

    This website was supposed to be a golden gate access to making money and so far being here I've been just getting fucked over 24/7. First I have someone setting me up as a scammer for a piece of pure trash of 15m 07. Now en-light of this amazing news, my biggest order I completed a day prior just got banned for botting and I'm to be held accountable for it according to Mootrucks so now I have to fully refund his 200m 07 order after wasting 60-70 hours on his account doing a b gloves package from level 3.

    Seeing as I've gotten nothing but savage and pure rape from this website, I thought I might as well just refund this fucking disgusting scammer who set me up. So in great news of being apart of this so-far "amazing" website I've given this user 15m 07.

    Maybe he'll try to argue that I didn't give him 15m 07... who knows.. anyways delete these disgusting fucking threads before I go Micheal Phelps dive off the highest cliff...
