    So, i needed to get my firecape done on a new account. I ask Black to do it for me, and we come to agreement at a very reasonable price.

    A few minutes later, i get the message that i need ava's done, and i don't have it done yet - mind, this account is almost fresh except for combat stats, no QP, nothing - but, he will do it for free for me.

    Then, to top it all off, he's also completing his full NMZ package on my account, before i even paid the initial firecape fees.

    TL;DR: This guy knows what excellent service looks like. Amazing guy that pushes his customers satisfaction to the next level.
