I just got back to the United States after two years over in Japan (Military) and my Japanese phone stopped working having my old verification / recovery information.

I have the account in my possession but can't seem to get past that step.

I also have private messages from Dave back when I bought his Runescape account off of him.

I can provide any and all additional information as needed.

 

Can you try using your back up code in place of the 2 factor code and then remove it yourself?

 

This is a response to SuperMan in this thread .

I don't have access to that code, it was on a notepad in my phone.

Every phone number I had since I created the account is as follows:

I now have a new number though being back in the States and being with a completely different carrier (T-Mobile instead of Verizon)

 

@Superman I've merged a reply and redacted the sensitive data

 

@Dave do you have any contact with him/can you confirm the info he posted and take care of the recovery?

 

I'll have him message me on skype to confirm some old info, I knwo the guy
