Scam Report - M1.Sales (350m 07)

Hi all, my original sythe account is foaming monkey , but was not able to access it.

Background:
-I bought poker chips on the site tokenbets from this individual a handful of times before this trade
-The now banned sythe middleman Chris vouched for this individual in the past, so I would normally go first for the last increment of the trade.

The scam:
-Messaged this individual tonight on skype looking to buy poker chips. The agreed upon trade was for 700m @ 0.95.
-He sent 350m first
-I sent an interac etransfer and when I gave him the password he blocked me from skype etc...

Additional info:
-A few days ago he pm'd me asking for a vouch on his thread (LOL)
-Seeing as the transfer was linked to his bank account, and we live in the same province of Canada, would anyone know what options I have for pursuing him legally or reporting the fraud?
-I know Im and idiot for going first for any amount to some rando who probably has like a 2k net worth!
