Instead of the usual Essay format pardons that I've done in the past I wanted to create a more concise one so that I don't reitterate myself over and over again and overall have it easier to read and follow. With that being said, the past 4 pardons are great resources for more recent staff members that want to make themselves aware of my ban. I will leave them in footnotes below for those of you who want to be refreshed or read for a first time.


Here are a summary of reasons why I believe I deserve to be supported for pardon.

- 1133 Total vouche count - Counted to date (Largest singe trade $1,800 USD)

- There were no victims associated to my ban reason because I was banned for merely an idea that was proposed to staff.

- I completely understand the severity and community damage that could have taken place and can see why I was permanently banned in precaution for asking about the service that was proposed (Amazon Chargebacks).

- I never learned how to use perform this service once I found it was against the rules. (I asked Roary before even getting involved whatsoever, he banned based on precaution)

- I have never ban evaded. I respect my own reputation far too much to degrade it by scamming or ban evading, I have been banned for years and never felt the slightest urge to do this.

- I keep communication open and am always willing to lend a helping hand in when it comes to giving advice, price checks, or middleman services. Users trust me to a point where I've middlemanned Sythe trades even while being banned.

- Many sythe members have continued to put trust in purchasing runescape accounts from me even while I was banned. This includes STAFF MEMBERS who have purchased runescape names from me during the course of time that I have been banned (They would apprecaite me not bringing their names into this pardon.)

- I am excited to be a part of Sythe.org while it undergoes all of the positive big changes. I'm a huge supporter of the new changes in making Sythe a more diverse trading website because even though I've been banned I truly do love this community and site. Recently I've been able to keep myself up to date with changes by participating as DNT, most commonly in the support section of the website. I would love to be fully engage in the community again.


With all of that being said, anyone who knows me knows that I carry myself to very high standards. I avoid and ignore a lot of the negative attention or drama that follows my alias particularly on this site, because it doesn't happen anywhere else and it isn't true. A lot of the time and this is where it mostly started, false information and non-sence is spewed by other competitors in the names market so that they can improve their own business by crutch-ing a fierce competitor by trying to keep them off of the market. All of the lies have spiraled around the community (mostly in the spam forum) for a while thus influencing a lot of members to have negative thoughts about me without even getting to know me or speaking to me even once.

I would like to extend my request for pardon out to any staff member or even Sythe member that wants to take the time and would like to get to know me before casting their vote to support. For those new staff members who don't know me or never even heard about me, I would appreciate it if you take your time before you cast your decision to vote support or not. If you have the time - feel free to add me on Skype or start a conversation on Sythe and ask me a few questions. I would be happy to clear up anything with you or get to know you. I know a lot of you have more important priorities so for those of you who simply don't have the time - there will be no hard feelings.

For those of you who are non-supporters. That is fine as well. Some of you have opened up your opinions to me times in the past and that is okay. I would appreciate it if any non supporters would leave me constructive feedback or criticism along with their vote. Even if I don't get pardoned this time, I'd like to know that eventually I can with your guidance and constructive criticisms one day.

For your initial offence of 'Amazon Chargebacks', I think you should absolutely be pardoned for that.

As for your most recent pardon, there seems to have been a big issue re sniping names. 3 people have supported this pardon, 2 people have not supported this pardon, and I have no idea what occurred re the sniping situation. @Folt could you please elaborate and bring me up to speed - I've read the fourth pardon, and it seems you settled an outstanding debt, and your pardon was vetoed shortly after. Are you still in the name-sales business off-site?

@FireZ I am ringing the chimes now. Any thoughts?

 

@malakadang I appreciate you trying to better understand my situation and bringing yourself up to speed. The whole situation is a mess and I think some people would rather show no support than actually take the time to understand it, thanks for that. Here is a summary about what's currently going on with me

First and foremost @malakadang , I appreciate you being in support of my face-stated ban reason, however there are other factors needing mentioned. As you've said, my fourth pardon involved a settled situation which immediately and unfortunately resulted in a veto. but moving on from there, I am actively participating in other platforms Runescape markets. I have been redirecting my focus to be more involved the gold market as of late. I do have a fair amount of name stock left to sell, but even my most regular customers can tell you that I have been far less engaged in offering them around as I've been losing interest

Outside of Sythe ive got approximately 1000 vouches, I don't buy anything so those are all selling vouches and a WIDE majority of these are instances where I am NOT going first. Combined with my Sythe vouches we'd be looking at a total somewhere around 1200-1300 overall vouch count The sheer time put toward building this portfolio of vouches should already show the passion and pride that I have in my business.

My decision to redirect my focus from the names to the gold market is completely based on the dramatic side of names. Not only is it dramatic, it's stressful, negative and tiresome and it can have an impact on personal my life from time to time. I know this sounds cheesy to most because its hard to understand that this actually does contribute to putting food on my dinner table. When slanderous and false remarks get thrown around in the spam forum to influence staff decision making, it can become very frustrating.

I'm not going to sit around and pretend I'm perfect or that I don't make mistakes, because hell; I wouldn't be sitting in this position if that were the case. I'm just a passionate market contributor with no intent to break rules or make waves, I mind my own business while trying to advise friends and other members in the best way I can through price checking, middle manning and just basic guidance. I've never felt the urge to evade a ban on here and that's why I continue to request for pardon. Each and every time one of my pardons get denied it gives me more time to reflect, mature, and learn about what I can do to improve my reputation so that next time I have a better chance to be fully involved on here again.

If you're committing malicious things re sniping names, then you should never have been DNT'd and should have remained banned. Given that you were DNT'd however, I can only assume that you weren't doing anything to warrant a ban re sniping names. Considering you have many vouches off-site, if you were pardoned, I don't think you would be a threat to the community.

Accordingly, I'll support your pardon, since I don't see you as a threat to the community.
