Regarding Wrongful Scam Thread

Hello my name is Tyler and I am in charge of many things at Accountwarehouse. League of legends being on of them. The other day we had a hostile customer who decided that he was going to try to threaten us into getting his way when we had committed no wrong. You can see this in detail of what actually happened on the EpicNPC thread where we were given the chance to explain what actually happened and provide the required proof. This is still ongoing however as the customer threw a temper tantrum on Riots support website and got the account banned / locked. We are still working to get it unlocked but Riot support is painfully slow on weekends.

The TLDR for those who do not want to read it in detail is as follows.

1. Customer contacts us claiming we damaged the account (with no proof) and demands a new account.
2. We are not able to conduct a proper investigation one because they did not give us access to the email when asked on live-chat and 2 they started threatening chargebacks as soon as they contacted us. We take threats of fraud extremely seriously as any person in this industry would.
3. Once we realized just how unstable the customer was we decided it would be best to just give him a full refund and keep the account. He would be banned from our website unable to ever purchase again. The terms of the refund were simple. Simply remove his slanderous reviews which were not true and he would be refunded. Instead of doing this he decided to post more and get the account banned.
4. We provided all the required proof, account login information, screenshots, etc to the EpicNPC admins as we are a very transparent company and pride ourselves on our honesty and customer service.
5. We will follow whatever action EpicNPC requires as we are not scammers in any way shape or form. Just dealing with a hostile customer in the best way possible to ensure that we are protected from fraud.
