Scammed by Zaxxis

i bought a wow power level Boost off Zaxxis level 100 to 110 2 days go. i just received an email stating i am banned until 2017/05/10 for Botting, 3rd party software, hacks... i am really upset right now since i just LOTS MY WOW ACCOUNT AND MONEY. on his thread the first Page says NO HACKS OR BOTS well thats a HUGE lie.

who can help me with this?

i want a refund and some kind of other payment for my wow account being banned.

 

i also have Email stating i am banned and convo of me and zaxxis talking over skype

 

what template do i need to fill out?

Trade: i went to him for World of warcraft Boost from lvl 100 to 110. he completed it and the next day i was Banned for Botting, 3rd party software , hacks.

How he scammed: on the very first page of his Thread it states No bots or hacks. i was banned the next day the Boost was finished. so i lost my money and wow account.

So he did refund me but i still want him to replace my wow account or something since he stated he used no BOTS OR HACKS. can any MODS help me...

 

so is anyone going to help me here.... or is he just going to get away with getting my account banned and not compensating me for my wow account and no bans or nothing go towards him .... like i would love a MOD to respond
