    hey guys, I lost my phone which had the Authenticator App which I have enabled on my Sythe Account
    I tried redownloading it with the same Apple details but the Authenticator for Sythe is gone.
    what can I do to recovery my account?

    I don't have the 2FA recovery code, all I have is a .txt that I have called "sythe recovery code"

    is there anything I can do to get my account back? thanks.

    That code should be the right one, simply put that in the "2FA code" box and you should be able to login.
