Banned -Reason: Hacked

This is the owner of Fr0stie here, I was wondering what steps I need to take to get my account unbanned for the reason "hacked" - refer to http://www.sythe.org/threads/a.2134448/

That's a match, please post the following things

• A complete virus scan of your computer
• A new email you'd like to have registered on your account (we will hide this)
