EDIT: I WILL HAVE ALL STAT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ABOVE QUESTS AND RFD ITSELF BY THE TIME THAT I WANT THIS TO BE STARTED (AROUND 12TH NOVEMBER). AM CURRENTLY STARTING SOME QUESTS AS OF NOW.

Couldnt you just xfer wealth to diff account and do payment in increments? I don't see an issue with that. I believe I could get 175qp in 2-4days
