Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Long before I became religiously active on Sythe, I used PowerBot for all my botting needs along with a small Torso Service to provide a small income to help me in the game. I also was big into the private server Ikov. Buying/Selling/Merching the Ikov gold with OldSchool Gold. People were scamming left and right and it was very hard to know who was legitimate and who was a fraud. It got to the point where I had been scammed countless times so (not knowing I would eventually become successful on Sythe years down the line) I scammed someone for 5m 07, and just called it quits with the whole Ikov thing. Silly and dumb, I know, but I was fed up with it.

Never did I think it would come back to bite me in the butt down the road. Recently, Spring/Summer of 2016, I became extremely active on Sythe; starting an all out Minigame Service for OldSchool Runescape along with Private Server Swapping because of how profitable it is. I gained a decent customer base and was making more money and friends than I ever could have imagined with Sythe. And then one day someone was looking for Os-Scape BM and decided to do intensive research about me before trading with me, even with 50+ vouches. Nonetheless, they dug up some old dirt, being the 5m scam, and reported me for it and got me in the slammer. I immediately knew what had to be done and I confessed and tried my best to find the victim from the past. It took about 3 weeks to finally get a reply, but they were very understanding and were a bit surprised I wanted to pay them back so willingly, but it all seemed to work out just nicely. They are even up to possibly partnering our OldSchool Services.

I hope you, the Sythe Staff, can see my success in the Sythe world being a lone, single business owner "x17's Swift Services" and can see that I am not who I have been labeled to be. That was a younger, less mature self and is not the man that roams the forums today. I always try my best to run my threads/businesses with the utmost professionalism and pledge to always provide that in the future.

Side Note: Not once did I think I was wrongfully banned. That all was fair, but
@CircleTrader went over the top with the amount of posts and accusations he made about me and would like to see something said/done about that.

Thanks for being so patient with everything and paying him back as soon as you could.
I've spoken to 17 a few times and he's been really patient and understanding with the whole situation, you have my support.

 

Due to all of this popping up and seeing what you did, i believe you could have possibly done this scam as well - xSeventeen17

Though there wasn't enough "proof" to hold you responsible, it could still have been something you did.

Due to that i cant support your pardon.

 

That's not possible as per the pardon guidelines, so please post whether or not you support a full pardon, thanks

As for myself, I won't be supporting a full pardon yet. Perhaps in 6 months.

I understand everyone has stuff going on, school, work, holiday season starting. But 10 days since the last vote from a staff member and I feel I have been pretty patient. Just looking to see if there could be a bit of priority as I have been banned for a month and half now even after repayment of the 5m and rekindlment of the victim. We talk regularly now, and I only need a few more votes on my pardon and I hate to ask people to look at it, I would rather the interaction be organic, but I want to come back to the community already....
