Bus and my deposit

Not going to comment on the whole Bus situation but if you're being rude to customers purely on the basis they've asked you the same question "100 times" you don't deserve to work in livechat.

All customer support roles in life (whether irl or online) are going to encounter rude people, if you can't remain cool headed and calm then yeah, please don't work in customer service/livechat, we don't need to hire someone and end up firing them a week later because they don't know how to control their emotions in a frustrating or high pressure situation.

I worked in customer service (pizza delivery guy) and once threw a half full beer at a customer who was being a dickhead and my manager understood. So not all customer support roles require cool-headedness. Just get drunk and deliver pizzas OP

I was in no immediate danger but was being harassed about being stuck at work by a group of 5 or so 16-18 year old kids about being stuck at work on Halloween. They were douchebags and deserved to have things thrown at them.
