5 visible ranks

I feel sad that I can't show my other minirank and have to switch between the two. I don't think many people have 5 ranks, and I know in the past that having 5 ranks had something to do with vBullentin, but with the new theme is that still the problem? #5ranksupport

Lol they do get turns. Just a little suggestion to avoid me from doing that.

 

I wouldn't mind it, and I guess it doesn't effect me. My only thing is that with 4 ranks, it fits perfect on mobile. When having 5, it would look out of place and have the header (where the users area of the thread is) seem too long.

 

5 would be fine for PC IMO, however for mobile it would get cluttered I think... I'm indifferent to the idea.

Is there a way to avoid seeing all the ranks on mobile but allowing them to be shown on PC?

 

Maybe could be set that only non-funranks are shown on mobile? i.e. donor symbol, staff status and omm would be shown, but mudkip/etc woudn't

 

If this is possible then I don't see any reason why not. Doesn't harm anyone unless they jelly.

I don't want the whole god damn horizontal spread of the page to be filled with ranks.

It looks cluttered, and tacky. Especially with miniranks, and 5 fun ranks.

Could it be done? Sure. Would they want to go through the hassle of coding it in? That's the question.

 

yeah that seems like a huge hassle for something that affects maybe 5 users

if this change is as easy as changing a 4 to a 5 in some code and making sure mobile doesnt explode then sure, this is fine by me. definitely not a top-50 most needed update though
